It depends on the men you’re picking. Now there is some conditions for romantic relationships I don’t think you can ever have a truly unconditional love like you can with your child or parents. There is some things such as abuse, cheating, and one sidedness that shouldn’t be tolerated though two people who genuinely love one another would never do that anyways.

True unconditional love has to go both ways. But it depends on the men you’re picking to whether you’ll get used or not.

I said i care unconditionally, it doesn’t mean i will actively date someone or be friend friend no matter what they do, it just means I would provide emotional support & care about their will being no matter what (after a bond is built.) doesn’t mean I’d sleep with them or continue a dysfunctional relationship/ friendship, it just means I’d be a shoulder to cry on unconditionally. You’re right caring about someone is different then dating. But some people you have to distance yourself from in all ways and put boundaries up.

Yea you need to be careful. It's always good to be kind to others but the problem is not everyone else has pure motives. A lot of people will manipulate and take advantage of kindness because they don't care about you, they care about what you do for them. Be careful. Spreading kindness is good but not everyone deserves kindness because they like taking it from others.

IF that's what you mean I understand. I was saying this from the position of someone who took 20 years to realize his "Friends" were actually his abusers. Loneliness and manipulation can really mess with your head and make you let shit that should never ever slide feel acceptable.
