I've done it a few times... the younger I was, the more I would be upset by this

it's a dangerous thing to do sometimes... so the older I've become the more conscious I am about that factor

If someone is being physically assaulted, I will try to break it up. If they are verbally assaulted, I might say something but most of the time I will let the individual fend for themselves.

Yes, I never want to see that, but verbally assaulted is a thrown around term these days.
