When I was 20, I was a member of an international organization and we had summits in different cities twice a year.

It was winter, December.

Our summit was held in a different city, Georgian Winter Resort - Bakuriani

I love playing with snow, so when I arrived at the hotel, I played Snowball Fight with other members outside. One guy that I didn’t know personally, but seems to have been an investor in our organization,

was throwing me snowballs and I threw him back, I fell down when hit by a snowball and was laughing, when he came pinned me down in snow and wasn’t letting me go until I jokingly got rid off him.

I didn’t like him, so I stayed away from him and stuck with my friends.

That evening we had a sort of ball, we all dressed up and went to the dancing hall for dancing,

That guy appeared and told me, he wanted to tell me something, and asked me to sit down, when I sat down he kneeled in front of me, told me he liked me and randomly kissed me. I don’t know what I told him, it was my first kiss in adulthood and I was pretty confused and upset, I told him I had to leave. He then started asking me if I knew who he was and if I knew who I was declining. I told him I didn’t know who he was and I wasn’t interested to know.

I left and went around my friends, dancing and trying to forget that incident.

Suddenly someone grabbed my arm and told me to dance with him, I told him I didn’t want to dance with him, he then grabbed my hand very strongly and forcibly tried to take me outside of the dancing hall, I didn’t follow, but he was very strong and aggressive.

My guy friend saw us and he interfered, he stopped that guy, held me, comforted me and accompanied to my hotel room.

Telling me to call him if I felt unsafe and if that guy would try to disturb me again.

I felt very thankful, because I was very scared and he kind of saved me.

That night, I heard that creepy guy and his friends outside of my hotel room, I think they were standing there and waiting for me to go outside.

I was scared and didn’t leave the hotel room till morning.

That was the first time and hopefully the last time I ever encountered, someone being so hostile and aggressive to me, just because I didn’t follow his advances.

I was in high school. I was probably 16 or 17 years old. I met up with a “straight” guy who was in the closet that I met online. He was an asshole, there were many red flags that I chose to ignore. I was young and naive.

We hooked up a few times and then I found out he had a girlfriend.
so I told him that I knew and I wasn’t interested in seeing him anymore.
He said he had a video of us having sex and that he was gonna post it if I didn’t continue seeing him. Looking back at it, now I know that he was bluffing and didn’t have any video. I know that for a fact because if he did, he 100% would have posted it…

so I continued to meet up with him because I believed him and I was scared.

Then he ended up adding me to this Facebook thread talking about “these guys have the smallest dicks in the state.” the post went kinda viral. All my friends saw it, people from my school saw it. It was super embarrassing.
Now I wouldn’t give a fuck. But when you’re in high school, shit like that is the end of the fucking world. I don’t remember what led to him putting me in that thread but I remember when I texted him about it he was like “I’m sowwy. I was mad at you 🥺” like bruh lol.

So out of curiosity I checked to see if I still had our text messages cause I genuinely couldn’t remember why he added me to that thread.
Apparently it was because I fucked another guy lol. I was a hoe at that age

It's very good that your friend helped you.

Don't rely on men helping you now. We no longer do that mostly because women either get angry that we're doing it or we get in trouble with the law for doing it or we get badly hurt doing it.. the women that do get helped are often angry and verbally abusive toward us afterward.

So for the most part guys just keep on walking. I personally don't do this just because I feel compelled in these situations to at least try to make peace and safety.

Fortunately where I live. This kind of thing almost never happens so it's not something I need to think about too much.

I don’t rely on men for that, I have a brother and he has never known of any incidents where I had to protect myself, because I didn’t let him know as I didn’t want to get him in trouble, so I always solved everything myself and I never had a problem doing that.

With that guy I was caught off guard, he was forcing himself on me, publicly, I haven’t even done anything to tease him or make him think that I liked him, I was just there for myself. My only mistake was playing snowball fight with my peers.

I have been very protective of myself and stand up for myself much better these days.

But back then, I was so scared, didn’t even know what to do. He “attacked” me randomly while dancing.

I wasn’t wearing anything revealing, just a pink dress knee length.

Also, I haven’t called anyone for help, I was trying to free my arm from his hands myself. When my guy friend arrived, they haven’t faught or anything, the creepy guy let me go himself, he seem to only have courage to assault women who are alone.

The next morning, I talked to the president of that organization and told her about the incident and asked them to make sure it would never happen again.

I have saved myself from being chased by 4 high schoolers when I was 12. So I am pretty good at protecting myself.

But at that time, it felt pretty nice to get that support and feel like I was not alone.

Because he was an investor or something, other people put a blind eye on his actions.

Yeah im college I'd get approached by guys and many times during turning them down I'd get yelled at, called a slut or whore. One time a guy physically grabbed me by my shoulders and lyshed me against the wall with his fist clenched.

The bouncer (who I was friends with) grabbed him like he was a rag doll and beat his ass and threw him outside on the pavement. His face hit the ground hard. His nose was bleeding everywhere. I was definitely scared but I absolutely enjoyed watching that got get the justice he deserved. Don't be a jerkoff is the message. If you get rejected then say "fair enough" and walk away. You have every right to hear the word no and zero right to lash out after hearing it.

So a few weeks ago my former boss tried physically force me to date him... some bruises on my arms are still healing.

I got promoted and switched departments. I think because there was no more professional dependency between us, he started to ask me out. I declined and told him, I'm not ready and probably won't be ready anytime soon. He didn't take my no as an answer and kept writing me emails and asking me out...

In January he crossed the line and I wrote him I will notify HR and my boss...

Yeah... now he has to deal with the police and official charges...

Firstly, glad your guy friend showed up and helped you out of harms way.

Secondly, some guys are simply jerks and can't handle rejections. They have been brought up in a toxic environment and doesn't know how to handle their anger and temper.

I have personally never been in your situation but have heard of others undergoing similar cases and sadly not all had the same fortunate friends around.

Thankfully, it ended well for me, so It’s not traumatic to recall it now. Could have been much worse if my guy friend was not around.
