What is the main reason my ex-wife that made her decide to married an older guy?

I noticed a trend , Woman now a days like older guys. Why?

I just can not understand. The dudes aren't even rich so why would a woman bother wasting her time dating an old guy?

This is stupid. My ex-wife is 31 remarried to a 48 year old dude. I was shocked and confused how did she get there? What made her date an old guy? Just like cold turkey I try reasoning with my ex but she didn't give me that much answer her response was none of you're business. I just can't understand.

Honestly I don't know what I did wrong. My ex and I divorced 5 years ago. But I wasn't expecting her to replace me over an older dude. Can someone explain to me?

She probably just went for someone who made her feel more secure.

Guys don't realize, but while there's something nice about marrying a guy who was a schoolmate or is from the precise same year as you... who knows all the silly stuff you know, etc... it comes with a very very low-grade sense that he's not going to be able to "protect" ... that you're toe-to-toe "in this together".

And that is fine. But that can also mean that you don't know how to do the same things...

So she looks for the older guy who give the illusion of knowing what to do when she doesn't. He likes how youthful she is and the way she pulls him out of his shell, she likes that he seems so smart and protective compared to her past guy (s).

Fun Fact? The older guy typically doesn't know what to do either, but that's a different story for a different day. The 48 yo has been around long enough to seem smoother and have SOME of his shit together, he's also still technically in his prime, so it makes sense she was into it.
