Who has ever unknowingly initiated a rebound relationship? Maybe as a way to move on or get over a previous ex? How long did the rebound is and when did you realise you were in one?

I often rebound after being in a serious relationship.

Rebounding helps me to move on and distract me.

I’ve never rebounded.

Rebounding make me compare the partner to my previous ex.

I don’t rebound because when I break up with someone, it usually takes me a very long time to get over that person.
