Nothing else to do except let time do it’s thing. We can’t put time caps on our healing process, or get frustrated with ourselves because we aren’t getting over someone as fast as we’d like. Especially if he did you wrong (like cheating, abuse either mentally, physically or both, etc), then it can feel even more upsetting when you’re still not over that person.
