I don't even remember any of my ex's names... Maybe remember like two of them, but I'd have no idea where they are on social media. They were both Japanese, and I've noticed they're not all over the internet like we are... when they are they seem to be very conservative. There's nothing to see anyways...

Nope. It was an amicable breakup, but I don't look for him on social media. I hope he is doing well. I have a feeling that, just like myself, he has moved on as well.

No, I don’t.

I think looking at an ex’s social media keeps you stuck in the past and prevents you from fully focusing on your own life and growth.

I prefer to move forward, learn from the experience, and invest my energy into the present and the people who matter now.

I don't have an ex, and I don't believe in social media stalking. Social Media is so that everyone can see what you post. I looked it up one time, in order to stalk someone online you need to be sending them messages even after they ask you to stop. Then it can be called stalking online. The reason for this is because social media is public on the internet. It is not the same as if you were following someone around in a car in real life.
