I've told her time and time again that we are done after she cheated on me with another man and she won't stay away

You set boundaries nobody’s entitled to be a part of your life in situations where you have to interact be polite and civil but do have boundaries.

Sounds like someone who’s obsessed. Look…… it’s probably less about the fact she cares about you and more of a control issue. When people aren’t the ones to initiate a breakup they can feels a sense of loosing control. So they may try to come back.

I change my phone number.

As I have no social media. No Facebook. No Instagram or anything else, nobody goes on my nerves there.

It is more difficult to change the email but possible.

I change my mobile phone number every 2 years. Or earlier of there is a reason.

I always close the other number. I tell the provider to close the account.

Amd I don't move messenger Apps as WhatsApp or Telegram because my new number would be linked and my contacts informed.

So I start new.

I type an SMS to my contacts "my new numbee is...". And I have two messenger accounts at the same time until my friends found me with my new account.

Then I delete the old one.

Don't like dead accounts.

I never had trouble in my life with stalking men or similar. Don't know if because I change the number or I am not so important.

If you mean physically, then a restraining order is always a last resort. If you just mean she pops up via text or email or whatever, just ignore them if you've said all you had to say. Eventually that gets the point across better than reiterating the same thing for the 17th time and giving her the knowledge she'll keep getting a response.

Its easy to create a new mail, have a new number and and and... if you just vanish so every try to contact won't work thats best. You told her, so she is grown. One time telling should be enough. She forces him to contact her by telling "leave me alone". So her goal to stay in touch works successfully. Best is to ignore and to do everything she can't disturb him anymore.

My dad always said if you beat a man's ass hard enough he'll get the shakes everytime he is around you. I always found that to be a bit grotesque myself. But I'm sure you're able to prevent an unwanted female from bullying you.

You go to court, and you get a restraining order. That's how. The next time she's around you and won't go away, you call the police, and they will arrest her. Oh, and just before you do that, you also stop sleeping with her.
