Is this guy interested in my friend, or are the number and mints just coincidences?

So I know this guy been giving her more than enough attention lately so I wouldn’t be surprised anyways she says he gave his number out to her she kept it somewhere in the backpack.. time passed she tells me other day he been achually having it two months ago she don’t know how he got it. She did give it to his closest friend but he is like a team lead and many people have his number to contact work information she says he might helped him out and gave it to him I can’t see how he can do it then today she had mints she asks at lunch if I want some added the same guy gave it to her.. all proudly what do y'all think?
