Why is my ex trying to torture me?

Is she trying to make me jealous or get a reaction? It's unnerving. She dumped me and then started spreading nasty rumors about me.

I tried to win her back. I tried talking through our situation to see what we could do. She didn't give me anything. So, I tried to move on with my life. It has been tough, though. We have a lot of mutual friends.

While I've tried to be prudent about the situation, mutual friends have told me that she claims I'm stalking her, that I cheated, and all sorts of other acts. However, I was nothing but respectful to her when we were dating. I haven't even seen her in over 3 months.

She's even starting to give up on being covert about it and is just spiting me in public. If she's the one who dumped me, why does she need me to feel so bad? Will it make her feel better about what she did if she convinces or friends that I'm a bad person?

This girl is so possessive and bitter. She's exactly like someone I know. Yes, she wants you to feel miserable without her, to miss the days you've been with her, to run after her and beg to get back with her, to feel sad and angry and whatnot.

It might be hard for you to believe but such people exist. She thinks you are her property and thus you should NEVER move on. She can move on, date another guy and do whatever she wants but you can't. You are hers. Period.

You should be happy you aren't with her anymore. Such people are destructive to loved ones. All what you need to do is to ignore her. Yes, to completely ignore her moves. Such people LOVE to get a reaction from you which leads to another action on their side, but they HATE to be ignored. If she doesn't get a reaction, she will search for another prey.

No matter what she says or does, just act like you never heard anything. Trust me, she will eventually give up.

maybe you were a a**hole while you were dating her and you failed to see it maybe you had bullsh*t stuff lying around and messages in you're phone computer while you two where dating talking dirty to another girl. Think about what you did first before everything is all her. only saying this because this SOUNDS 100% like my ex. and sounds 90% like what he thinks our relationship end was like. sexting and sexemails are the same as cheating if you can't think of anything you did wrong then ignore it. you haven't seen her in 3 months she doesn't care about you move on.

I didn't sext or sexemail. In fact, she had some e-relationshipsgoing on the side and was really shady when I'd ask who she was texting If I caught her texting on a date.

Please tell me more about what your boyfriend did so that I can better understand your pov.

sent emails to robots or whores on craigslist about how he wanted to f*** them and I caught the email becuase he was to stupid to look everywhere to erase them before I got his password.

ERASED his pone calls/ text so I wouldn't see them. I erased his so called exs off his Facebook and I he added them back saying oh my girlfriend is overly jealous and lame. And I deleted there numbers out of there phone then I had enough of his sh*t and left.

Some people just don't know how to deal with break ups. They feel the need to try and upset and hurt the other person because they convince themselves that that will make them feel better. Try not to let it bother you, the more she sees that it bothers you, the more she will do it.

How sweet are you? Who is this better train wreck talking about who you texted or sexted infront of this girl lol? Guys that do all that noise are not posting questions about it online. I know that girl I have an ex like that girl that doesn't want you but wants your attention and goes out of her way to be mean but left you lol. I get it now and it's not about you in the least. It's about how they hate themselves and their parents didn't pay any attention to them. Don't look back and tune it out. There is not reason except mental illness. She can not attach correctly to people and treats ev1 the same. It's not you. You prob too willing to discuss things and do whatever to make her happy and she took and took. It happens. Some people give and some are selfish. She won't change. Like it's a learning experence nothing all bad. You need to know you deserve someone that is not toxic. I found this googling the same question right hahaha. The loser popped up to try to get a reaction from me and it's been a few years. I gave zero. It's not easy like wtf is wrong with you but no attention hurts them the most I guess. It's sad I don't want to hurt people. I don't get it. I tried to talk it out too 100 times even after I wouldn't get back with him just ya know as a person what is going on and even that doesn't work lol. After your free a while and reflex you will get it. Our brain wants an answer and their isn't one. At least we love others and ourselves. It must suck to be them. I rather get hurt than be a sociopath.
