Cheating Ex-GF sending subliminal messages?

My ex cheated on me about 8 months ago, left me for another guy and I've cut off all contact with her for about 7 months now. I've removed her from my life in all ways possible.

So just today I noticed that she has posted a song on my good friend's FB entitled "somebody that I used to know by Gotye". From what I can gather from the song, if its a message directly or indirectly to me or if at all, she is pissed that I cut off all contact with her and treating her like a stranger. Am I reading too much into this or?

Maybe I am reading way too much into this. My friend and I do FB exchanges on each others' walls occasionally and I just thought that the EX was trying to get my attention knowing I would look at my friend's FB from time to time.

I would say yes, you're reading into this too much. Even IF she is passive-aggressively posting a comment about you, it shouldn't affect you. (It still may but it shouldn't ). The reason being, sge cheated on you. This means that she clearly cares more for her own needs over yours. It probably also means that she feels bad that she cheated and wants to hear you say that everything is OK. I would recommend doing exactly what you are doing and ignore any potential communication.
