Third chance in what? Like if he cheats? For me, I wouldn't. I think the first two times should have sunk into his head not to do it no more. 3 times is actually pretty disgusting to cheat. Like come on, get some morals. If he didn't like the girl in the first place, break it off instead of cheating and ruining her confidence. I personally would ever cheat, but if I was attracted to another guy romantically, I would break off my current relationship before I do stupid stuff with this new guy. Its just not right to cheat because it lowers the spouses confidence level, and makes them feel gross. I wouldn't give him a 4th chance man... no way! 3 strikes your out! Or even in my books, 1 strike your out mister no matter if he was intoxicated, or if it was a accident. If I can't trust him with other girls around, how will I trust him in the future when were married? Not right man, not right.

Also, it could depend on the situation...But I would only say that for a second chance scenario, third chances? Not so much lol.

I guess it really depends. I tend to live by the motto "Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me." I think that forgiveness and giving people chances to redeem themselves in your life is something that prides on the utmost respect for them as human beings. But even in giving them chances, it's important to be aware that they're capable of hurting you again. I wouldn't be foolish enough to forget about things, but forgiving is important.

Oh well I'm kinda in this situation also. me and my girlfriend .. well my ex now , jst broke up last friday cause she lost feelings and it was the second time we broke up and I've been wondering if she'd give me a third chance.. well you should admit even though you see him with that girl, at least you'd know how he feels about it

I think it definitely doesn't hurt to try to get her back again. my ex isn't even trying and I thik it's because he thinks he's not good enough.

i am kinda worried how it makes me look, my other friends are like 'there are other guys out there, you know, he's not the only one', but I seriously am attracted to him but I play it cool. idk. he is definitely insecure but he acts like a badass. idk, I know there are better guys out there for me. so I'm just single right now. good luck with your situ

NO WAY. I guess everyone is entitled to a mistake and then that depends upon your level of forgiveness. But, to get screwed over a second time is total disrespect. Third chances make you look stupid.

A third chance? A second chance is sketchy enough. If he's messed up twice already. . . it'd be hard for me to give him a third chance, in my opinion.
