How do you make a guy jealous? I'm friends with a lot of guys, I love them but they are all awkward geeks. All of my friends tell me that I need to make my crush jealous since he left me in the friend zone, and he's taking my love for granted. Should I even do that first off, and how do I make him jealous?

1. Kick up the sexiness factor. If he sees you as a friend, he needs to think about you differently. Not talking about dressing slutty around him - just dress to get noticed by him. Once a tomboy girl I thought was just a friend started dressing in skirts and sundresses more often - I definitely started thinking about her differently after that.

2. Go on dates with someone else. There's a chance that he's keeping you as a backup, and if that's the case, show him that you might not always be there.

You showing interest in other guys or they visibly showing interest in you.

But if I know awkward geeks..
Chances are that if he is also insecure he might feel like, if someone else is into you then he is 'off the hook' and safe from having to put in effort.
Or, it works out and he feels compelled to do something rash and quick.

Even if he do want you in all seriousness whether or not he decides to risk looking like a fool (which is what it takes to go for what you want), is dependent on his mindset, character and whether or not any of his other friends can push him into action.

If he do acts and goes for you.. and if my assumptions about being an awkward geek rings true.. then just be ready for that move not being all that subtle and may be very direct.
Or if he's an empathic, shrewed overthinker it might be all too subtle and is passed as not at all romantic.

But how would I know?
I'm just making broad assumptions of a guy I know close to nothing about.

Essentially to make him jealous you will need to show more interest in another guy. But that's a game.

If I had interest then I would lose it if you did that. You would also be playing the other guy which you shouldn't do.

Have your shown your interest unmistakably to the guy you like? Since you have a lot of guy friends he could easily think he is just one more and is conducting himself so. I think you should straight forwardly dissuade him from this by telling him the sit from your viewpoint. If he doesn't fancy you then you have to accept it.

You are assuming what turns you on will turn him on. It won’t.

Guys make up there within 30 seconds of meeting a woman if their attracted to them or not. He already made up his mind a long time ago that he isn’t interested in dating you. If he friendzoned you (but the friéndzone doesn’t exist right feminists?) then he definitely made up his mind about you. He’s spending time around and not feeling any urges.
