Not exactly but I do believe there are plenty of women out there that use sex seduction or "male attention" as an outlet to feed a need in them that was not met by their father figure, hence "daddy issues". I've known and dated many women who hop in and out of relationships and are really good at seduction.. or their just out right dirty and sleep around. Sure, it all depends on the person and their background but I firmly believe women can be femme fatale towards men especially if they have daddy issues.
No. Being comfortable with your sexuality and being able to harness it doesn't mean you have daddy issues. It just means you're more in tune with that aspect of your psyche than most other people. I think sometimes...it comes with age, security within yourself.
