If he 'Likes' you enough, he will Mean what he says, and the "hit me up tomorrow" is a way of saying there's More hanging to do.
But if you find tomorrow never comes, and he doesn't hit you up, don't throw in the towel too soon. He may have just gotten busy, give it a few days, and see if he 'Actually' does.
