What does it mean If your crush is speechless after you tell them you like them?

I told my crush that I Like him and he said He didn't know what to say. He kept saying he didn't know what to say and he kept looking at me for long periods of time. The next day I notice how he kept passing by my classes looking for me. When I got out of my 4th period class I saw him notice him talking to his friend and when he saw me he smiled. I was walking to my fifth period class then I notice how he was walking on the side of me at a distance. So I looked over at him and he said Wassup. And I waved him over so he can hear me and he just bear hugged me out of the blue. What does it mean If he said He didn't know what to say but kept looking at me? What does it mean If he kept passing by my classes looking for me? Why would he hug me out of the blue?
