Is he trying to put me off him?

Been seeing him for 14 months now and he has told me a few things that make me think is he trying to turn me off him? This morning for example we was texting and he said he would call me in 20 minutes as he's just doing something I ask what it was and he said you don't want to know ! And he told me by text he was going for a poo :/ I'm not sure if he was joking or being serious but if he's being serious why tell me that? Is he trying to turn me off him or? It doesn't bother me but just makes me think
