i went over to a guys dorm to watch a movie, and he got up to get something and I moved my legs onto his futon so I was laying down, as kind of a joke, and he picked up my legs and put them on his lap. And a few minutes later he started caressing my leg a little bit. I just wonder if this could mean that he is slightly into me or not.

Not necessarily into you, but at least into touching a girl, (not trying to have it sound too creepy). It's like this, even if you're not into a male friend of yours, if he offers for you to feel his nice are muscles, I doubt you'd put up much resistance.
