When girlfriend is too nice or accommodating, then guys lose interest?

It seems here is a consensus that when a guy eels girl is more invested in the relationship than he is that the guy loses interest or becomes bored, etc.

do you agree with this?

if this is true, how can you prevent the outcome?

Not saying the girl should be bitchy or dramatic or things like that but can the girlfriend just be TOO NICE?

As with all things, I think there should be balance but if it is true to nature, then go for it. At least you can say you're being the real you. I can see how maybe some might brush it off as insincerity, which is why maybe trying to be balance with it initially might be a good call.
