Why do girls lose interest, when a guy is being nice to them?

This is not about the good guy vs bad guy feud. I mean when you're trying to help a her, listen to her, and basically be genuinely nice person. They eventually lose interest. Almost always.
Whereas, if you're treating her normally, you probably have a better chance. in the beginning of the relationship I mean. I think most of the time you'd get friendzone-ed for being nice.

Being nice and helping her and all that possitive vives are awesome intentions when given to a girl, but there's a boundaries though... if a girl likes what you are doing but doesn't have the i love you kind of feelings towards you and you keep on doing sooo many sweet things for her, then its a big turn off and then its awkwardness after a while because you are showing that you like her more than a friend... the girl would not be so comfortable in telling you "look i want to be friends only" she will not be accepting your amazing help or being kind towards her. Be honest to her and let her know what your intentions are towards your feelings of liking her more than just friends from the beginning. But if you do lots of nice things and you don't over do of being overly to kind, then you will have a great friendship and who knows down the road it will turn into a romantic relationship or may be not vut at least you will have one great girl friend. I think woman like to be challenged - they try to it get challenge through men - either due to low self esteem and a desire for validation or self punishment - or they lack ambition and don't know how to activate their industrial senses without an outside reward - what they don't realize is - the challenge will come after they marry you and not while they are dating you

Because she hasn’t done anything to earn your niceness and you are helping her for the wrong reasons. It is a nice guy thing because you are creating an unsaid contact : I’m going to be nice and helpful now for the future when you repay me by (sex, attention, a relationship, companionship). Until she has earned it, treat her politely but at a slight distance. If you are a good and nice guy, slowly show that as she gets to know you and starts to earn that respect.

Also being nice and putting her on a pedestal up front isn’t sexy. You are telling her that she has the power, therefore you are not being dominant and leading her. She doesn’t have to compete for your attention because you gave it away for free.

So in terms of building an initial attraction, you're supposed to let her come to you with the emotional problems. If she comes to you asking for your specific insight, that is very different than taking the time to randomly enquire over her personal issues.
