Is 23 too old to date?

Some woman write about how she never had a boyfriend and she can't date because she's 23 and 'too old'. I'm like 'what?' Where is she from?

But it's not is it? Not in Canada where I will be living when I'm 24?

I didn't see her face, maybe she isn't pretty. I think I'm pretty but I'm a little concerned now.

It's not even close to being too late. Heck, I might say that the people who are most preoccupied with dating are within that 23-27 or so age range.
