Currently facing nostalgia and realizing my birthday is next week and its beyond crazy how time flies. I will be 23 in 6 days and im crying listening to 100 years by five for fighting. Id do anything to be 18 again because i yearn and miss my youth dearly and i also desire a 18-19 year old boyfriend only. But is 23 really old? I feel like im getring older so quick. Parents are right when they say don't rush your years.

you think men your age are "older"? I mean ok, but if that's what you really want there are plenty of 18 year old guys who would be ecstatic to date you. I really don't get what you liked so much about being 18, you have all the responsibilities of an adult, but you don't know how to handle them and you can do less things.

I wanted to be 17 again when I was 23. I can understand how you feel. The high school experience is different from being a young adult. However 23 is still very young. You have your whole life in front of you. Never again will you have the options that you have today. It will be easier to make friends and to figure out a career.

I feel younger in my 40s than I felt in my 20s. 23 was a great year for me, but after that I felt like my number was older and older and would cry (and lie about my age).
