I had a pretty rough time at 23, but that was more to do with life circumstances with college and everything than the age. I'd say the worst years of my life were 25-27. I'm only 10 months into my 30s, but that's worked to be a better decade for me than my 20s, so far. I'm happier now and I feel younger now than I did when I was 20.

  People who are 30 years old generally prefer to relax and mature. Those who are younger than 25 are more energetic and immature, so what they do is different and they are mischievous.

  The world wasn't too great 10 years ago, either. But the main reason is that I'm just in a better place. My mental health is way better. I have better career prospects. I'm not in pain. Life is just better in a lot of ways. I wish I had more going on romantically, but that's not really that big of a deal.
