How often have you been asked for iTunes gift card?

I had chat with at least 50 different girls from US in last few months and all of them asked me to buy them iTunes gift card in some point.

I really don't know what to think about it :D
Is that really a thing in US or i am a magnet for iTunes card diggers :)?

I've never been asked for that from any girl that I've ever chatted to. It sounds to me like you are chatting to scam artists. You might want to review certain websites that you are using. Also, be sure that they're actually female in the first place.

i also tried to have a deeper conversation about that... and they actually say "i want to watch a movie, i am bored" things like that and when i say ok i won't buy you that i would rather I don't know go out on coffee, dinner whatever with you... they get angry because movie is a movie :D and the are not hungry...
really maybe i am wrong but that is idiotic, i gave up...

:) that is my experience from US... but hey they love me until i say no to gift card :D

in my country i can't even get a girl to talk to me so... :D at least i had practice talking

because they are lazy, either they don't have jobs or don't want to spend their own money, they think they are entitled for people to buy things for them because they are/were spoiled by mommy and daddy, or they are just scandalous

I really don't have a problem helping someone who is my friend, who i like... but they consider you as a friend after 5 sentences in a chat :D
