first he sounds like an introvert not a shy guy. introverts will warm up to ya and be very outgoing when comfortable. the txting thing is just him not wanting to bother you if you dont have time to talk. he's probably learned to do that so he dont seem clingy.

Yes. The girls I kind of like, I text all the time because it's not a big deal if I say dumb shit. If I text a girl I'm really into, it's well thought out and reviewed like 3 times
