What is Your Opinion on Hickeys?

We all know the story, you are kissing somebody's neck (or they are kissing yours, or you are using a tube vaccume) and suddenly a bruise appears on your neck. Are Hickeys worth it in your opinion?

I think they're a hot form of expressing possessiveness. But it can be a little overly-possessive to leave one in a place that's hard to cover

Yes haha same. But when a guy is like "I won't give you a bruise" then he gets really into it and nibbles you or sucks really hard would you count that as an accident?

sorry just saw this haha! and well, if you can feel the suction and pressure then he can too. though i do admit things can get pretty heated. as long as you know how to cover it! I've gotten caught twice with one. thankfully not the first time, cos my boyfriend gave me at least 5 all around my lower neck. looked like i was jumped LOL

I think of them as a thing young teenagers do when they don't know what sexuality is actually about. Anyone over 17 who gives a hickey needs to step out of the dating pool until they figure some stuff out.
