i do not think that infidelity is hereditary or genetic and it can be inherited but be logical that girl is innocent she haven't done anything she must be treated with respect and she also deserved to be loved

I have a feeling this is your logic, "because someone with a slightly closer genetic lineage and a more similar skin color to you went through (let's give an objective measure of 100) amount of discrimination and Injustice 300 years ago, a current white people experiencing let's say an arbitrarily measure of 15 amount of discrimination and Injustice is not allowed to experience that". That would be like penalizing a son of man that committed murder 300 years ago. That son would not be about to experience being sexually harassed at a job or would not be eligible to be a victim of being beat for being gay. He wouldn't effectively experience inequality.

@Uyouko of course there were some greedy dick heads back then that wanted to capitalize on a different group of people. If I remember my political science class, during the founding of the Constitution most US leaders (forefathers) didn't want slavery. A minority of southern leaders (that used them for industry) would not negotiate not having slavery in the Constitution. But it purposely was set up for being about to get rid of slavery over time. Most of the US didn't want it and a white leader (Abraham Lincoln) had the most impact on eradicating slavery. Only about ½ of the population actually owned slaves. I wouldn't blame a whole culture for the crimes of their 1% in jail. This is the kind of shit the extreme left advocates now a days though. It's hate based politics.
@Uyouko No I don't think so at all. The justice system? Of course on average no one is perfect and there are biases I'm sure but the law was written to judge independent of race. Like more black people are convicted of crimes but even in metro areas that are mostly black there's still similar statics from what I understand. There is also a positive correlation for races between college education, income and incarceration rates. Blacks have the lowest college education, lowest income and highest incarceration. Of course whites have proportionally higher college rates and incomes and lower prison rates. Proof of racism right? Well Asian people have higher rates of college degrees, higher incomes than whites AND lower incarceration rates. Maybe Asians are oppressors too? Well I've seen data that shows black people from Africa have higher college rates, higher incomes and much lower prison rates than the native blacks here too.
I'm not sure how credit would be hate based. The third stanza of your anthem? Yeah it could be rooted to something hateful. I'm not sure much about it. It could be a relic of the past.
if two guys one black and one white get accused of rape... both have the same obvious amounts of evidence the white dude has a higher chance of walking away from it than the black guy
@Uyouko On average I doubt that. I'm not saying there aren't flaws with certain judges or jurors which are selected using "voir dire" (a process specifically designed to get rid of biased or unfair jurors). I'd want to see evidence for you claim for me to seriously believe that. I do believe an uprise is distain for while people can lead to a converse effect in oppression. Maybe a judge would want to give a black person special treatment because they would feel like the black person would need the compensation to be equal.
