Does anyone else hate Millennial women?

Millennial women are defined as women born between 1980-2004(After 2004, they have Generation Z tagged as the upcoming generation). And I'm talking about women here, between the ages of 18-37(37 being the tail end), but more of the 20-something range than anything.

Most of these young Millennial women who complain about how "men never approach us anymore" are the first ones to say a guy is "creepy", or "weird" just because a guy talks to them. In all actuality, the guys are only "Creepy" because they're not wealthy, not privileged, not attractive, and aren't their textbook definition of a "perfect" guy. At least men admit they're superficial (from a physical standpoint, mainly), I never see women admit as such.

It seems women 40, and over (give, or take) are a lot more open.

Women born in the 80s vs the 2000s aren't even close to the same. The younger generation doesn't care as much if a man is financially stable enough to be in a marriage or not and single women over 40 are settling bc at the point they are desperate to get married. Women born in the 80s and 90s didn't come out of the womb with a cellphone or tablet glued to themselves so they have a more realistic understanding on how life and marriage works. men don't have to be in the top 1% but you gotta be financial stable like an adult man should be. I think the bigger problem is not the women, but the men not xaring about themselves enough or having goals. so when they wind up single they try to trash women like this.

Millennials are defined (by most definitions) people born from 1981-2004, so there is no reason to make a huge distinction between someone born in the 1980's, and 2000's. And technically, there aren't any WOMEN born in the 2000's yet (The oldest people born in the 2000's are 17 years old).

The younger generation doesn't care about financial stability, you're right. Instead, they want a guy loaded with money to spoil them, going far beyond just "stability." I think people like you need to make a distinction between stability, and being spoiled. Stability is simply affording to live a reasonable life, where as being spoiled is expecting a lavish lifestyle.

And having goals, ambition, and caring about yourself have very little to do with being financially stable. On the other hand, there are people who are wealthy who have been lucky, and have zero ambition, goals, and could care less about how their lives are going (i. e. Paris Hilton, for instance).

You think today's 17 year old is the same as a 29 year old? Nope. It sounds like you are the one failing to distinguish between spoiling a woman and just acting like a man should. If you are having issues set goals and grow as a man before dating so you are more stable and ready

No, I don't think a 17 year old is the same as a 29 year old, and I have no idea where you got that from. You clearly didn't read what I said at all. I said: The oldest people born in the 2000's are 17 years olds (That's a fact, as some of them were born in the year of 2000). I didn't mention anything about 29 year olds. Now, modern day 17 year olds, and 29 year olds are part of the same generation (Millennials), and that's widely regarded by nearly every source, even though I don't entirely agree with it.

And I have no idea what you mean by "act like a man should." I'm a high school teacher, and I work a second job to make ends meet. I also worked full time hours while I was in college for six years. I always have a goal to reach.

Maybe I should have had the same "goals" the Kardashian had to get rich.

Generalizations won't get you very far. I literally don't know any women (that I'm friends with) who act this way about men.

Which country do you live in? Because here in the United States of America (USA), women are very materialistic in my generation.

I said I don't know anyone that I'm friends with like that. Yes there are women like this but I really don't think it's fair to lump everyone in an entire generation into one ("bad") group.

I hear Millennials bashing Millennials all the time, more than I hear generation bashing of any other generation.

One of my sisters just turned 24 years old, and she feels the same way about women in this generation as well.

As I was just telling @Kitteng67, I think it's mainly because I live in the United States of America.

Going from my experiences of talking to women in other countries (Online), they tend to be more open-minded, and less materialistic. I've noticed this especially from women in the United Kingdom.

Have you ever thought that maybe it's not de to some "Millennial" stuff and more due to their age?
Maybe women at 40s are more open because they are over 40 already and they have more experience?
Many girls are really shy, and they can deal with this by taking it out on a guy that is trying to hit on them. You come up to them and they call you a creep behind your back because they feel bad about "not flirting with you like a real woman" so instead of addmitting this to themselves, they take it out on you, approaching them.

I have thought about this, but according to older generations I've talked to, the women weren't near as superficial in this age range as they are these days.

I know this is anecdotal, and they may be biased themselves, but at the same time, it wouldn't surprise me.

Perhaps they are "shy", but they certainly don't act like it.

Yea, they're annoying. Feminism has fucked up the world very rapidly. It gets exponentially worse each generation. Whatever generation comes next will be brought up taught that it's okay to be transgender, for example.

These young girls grew up with no more life experience than watching television and playing Pokemon. Now, they think they are "women" which entitles them to special treatment and a "pussy pass" that should get them everything in life for free.

It could just be where you live, where I live most women don't care if a guys wealthy because it's rare for someone to be wealthy here anyway. I don't care what a guy earns since I can earn my own money. I also don't mind approaching guys or having them approach me.
