My boyfriend and I talk about it sometimes but when that kind of talk is brought up, we preface it with something along the lines of "a few years down the road" or "after we're married" because we've decided we're going to be together forever and we want a family but we know now is not the right time so we're just happy together thinking about that future but not acting like it's happening right now. So it's not the idea of that happening in this moment that turns us on, it's kind of more of the emotional intimacy in knowing we both want that and we know someday we'll have it together. Does that make sense?

Actually not all women have an urge to get pregnant and not all men have an urge to get someone pregnant.
Biggest turn off ever.
All I hear is, "I want to ruin your life and make you disgusting,"
Considering I and my partner are both male, I wouldn't be put off, just laugh and assume he was being silly.
