How to tell him I miss him without sounding needy?

he's been on vacation for a few weeks and we usually don't text much bc he's not much of a texter. would it sound needy if I told him I missed him?

Ok, so he doesn't text much.. does he call you? If so, how often? If you don't hear from him much, then he's probably not thinking about you. Don't tell him you miss him. Let him chase you. If you are not his girlfriend, then you need to date other guys. Don't Tell him you are. Dating other guys will keep you from thinking about him non stop and boost your confidence and you might find a guy that is more consistent with you than he is. You have to let him miss you. The best way to do that is to have a life of your own. Have fun! Guys want to know that you can have fun without them too and don't need them to make you happy. Don't make yourself available all the time either. Don't give him too much info. You want him to think he has to make an effort if he wants to be with you. You want him to feel like he wants to join you in your happy life, not that he has to be with you to make you happy. Ever notice how the guys you don't like are always asking you out and talking to you and the guys you like don't? It's bc guys like the chase. Let him be the man. Watch Matt boggs, Matthew hussey and Derrick jaxn on youtube. They are awesome and I understand things sooo much better watching them.

It's not mind games at all. It makes more sense to understand how guys think. I'm not saying cheat on him or make him jealous. I'm not into mind games either. You are simply making him miss you, making him curious to get to know you better. Only put in the amount of effort he puts in you. You don't even have to listen to my advice. Just watch the videos. There is nothing wrong with missing him. Hell, go ahead and tell him. It's kind of hard to screw up the right thing. If he thinks you are needy for telling him you miss him, then it doesn't sound like he's the right one. It's a good thing that he goes crazy when you don't answer right away. Keeps him interested. You just don't want to be the one to always make effort. It's a two way street.
