I messaged my coworker then finally asked him if he wanted to hang out sometime & thats what he answered. I do know be has 5 schedules shifts and 12 hours at school. So... is he really busy or I don't know

Honestly if he wanted to hang out with you he could find a way to do something with you. He just isn't interested. Im sorry, I know it sucks but you will be fine without him. You don't want a guy that can't make time for you anyways

There is no way that he can't find time to hang out with you for a little bit. Lunch break, day off, stuff like that. Everyone needs to eat. He could at least invite you next time he goes out to eat or something. Im sorry but I think you should just move on. Do you really wanna commit to someone who can't find time to have a little commitment towards you? I hate to sound harsh but stop trying. Its not worth it! It will just end with you spending lots of effort on something that probably won't last. There are plenty of guys out there who would devote as much time as they can towards you. You deserve better. I know its hard because you don't want just some other guy and that isn't how attraction works. But you will get over it eventually and find someone to treat you right. Keep me updated though and let me know what happens! Maybe he will change his mind but for now just let things flow and try to take your mind off it.

I see him everyday at work and I believe it when he meant he's busy. He also goes to school after work. We go out after he's finished doing his requirements in school, or when the workload is not that heavy. Try and ask him out on his free time. :)
