I reached out to him and we only met once so he doesn’t really know me. On Instagram he asked what I’m on (lol which made it sounds sex related kinda) and i said “ i wanted to watch movies & just chill with him” he did.
He wants to know if you're looking for a serious relationship or a one-and-done kind of thing. A lot of boys have one-and-done kind of relationships (they're not really "relationships" per se, they're more along the lines of a one-night stand if you know what I mean.) when they're teens.
I agree with the below posts, he most likely just wants you in his bed.

Since i can’t give an update, after me reaching out on instagram he asked “what I’m on ” & i said i just want to chill and watch movies and i told him text me. and then over text “how was my day & he what I’m looking for? “ he asked again so i feel like he wants me to say sex but obviously boys will be boys. i might give off a “slut” reputation because i was talking to his friend briefly but he was sweet then rude to me for no reason so i would never allow that to be in my life again. Also my friend tried to talked to this guy and he never texted her back even after they hooked up.. but Ugh i kinda want to trick him and say i want to hook up and we just end up talking, watching movies, and making out. I told him, i think your chill and i want to get to know you & he never answered so The last thing i said to him was “if you just want sex I’ll fall back “ .

Seems like he doesn't really want to text you. And not to sound mean but you texting him multiple times when he doesn't reply is probly making him not want to reply even more. He asked "but what u looking for" like saying " what do you want" :(
