Should I allow my ex to follow me back on Instagram?

So my ex is trying to re-follow me on Instagram and I don’t know what to do. I already allowed her to follow me back on Facebook a month or so ago, but she broke up with me and made it clear she didn’t want anything to do with me. So why does she want to follow me again? Should I go off on her? Should I delete the request? Should I accept it?

Confront her about it in how she doesn’t deserve to know me anymore

I don't think you should have her as a friend on any social medical to be honest. You're passively staying in each others lives and that can hinder both of your efforts to move on.

Very true I added her back on fb hoping she would wanna talk again but stupid I should’ve never done that she just really hurt me and at one point I never would’ve guessed a person that close could ever hurt me as much as she did
