We've been dating for 8 months and around the 5-month mark, I noticed that he loves playing/rubbing my tummy. I have a very toned/flat stomach but he still likes rubbing it and wrapping his arms around me when we're cuddling. Sometimes he just places his hands on it and kisses it slowly. I think it's kind of sweet but it makes me feel a little self-conscious because I'm not sure why he's doing it. It makes me wanna work out and lose weight because I've always been a little insecure about my body and had eating disorders in the past.
