It seems he may have a crush on you or has feelings for you. I had someone who was my favourite person and she really was. I'd rather spend my time with her, I'd rather do things with her, go any with her, talk about anything cause she was my favourite person, she was the one a though about the most and worried about the most. Maybe you just make him feel a certain way that nobody has and he likes the feeling, and he likes you for making him feel like that. I know that's why I would have said it

Back story
We were at a friend's birthday party. And out of the blue the guy comes up to me tipsy and hugs me. I was surprised cause he usually super shy. Then he says "you're my favorite person". Then he layed his head on my chest. I was just thinking to myself, please stop beating so hard heart. Omg please settle down heart.
Anyways there's the back story please gimme feedback on if he friend zoned me or what
