I've never had a boyfriend. I have never had experiences other girls had. I am a beautiful girl but I am very shy and awkward plus I spent my time studying. Some guys have dated me but I feel no chemistry and no kissing has happened.
A handsome guy asked for my number the other day. He said he wanted to ask me to dinner but I feel like he is not taking me seriously. Should I tell him I want to kiss him or would that be awkward? I am honestly I am very self-conscious and I don't want to push him away. Any advice would be helpful.

I can understand that you want to kiss a guy. It's normal to long for something like that when you've never experienced it. But as for this guy who asked you to dinner: Why not just go on the date and see how it goes? And then, at the end of the evening, maybe he'll initiate giving you a kiss. And if he doesn't, and the date has gone really well and you feel like there's chemistry, you could say in a kind of flirty way: "I'd really like for you to kiss me goodnight."
