A hug is fine, a kiss on a really good date. That lets me know he felt the same way I did. A hug is easy to misinterpret. A kiss on the forehead is definitely not a first date thing - that's special and sweet when it comes from someone who cares about you already, but kinda weird when you've just met.

Depends on the chemistry and how the date went. Kiss on the forehead is probably a good in between if in doubt.

Normally a hug, but possibly a kiss on the forehead. Very unlikely for lip kissing on first date, but maybe. I like to get to know a person before I start falling for them too much.
