Whyy did he try to cover me more up in the blanket?

i was hanging out with this guy. we were cuddling and watching t. v. i had a blanket on me and he put his hand on the other side of me to try to cover me up more with the blanket. funny thing is, i was wearing a fur vest and he thought that was the blanket he was pulling lol. my question is why did he do that in the first placee?

It's an affectionate thing, if you were in bed with a guy he might try to pull the covers up which would be a similar idea. Even when no-one else is looking there is still a natural tendency to "cuddle under cover" it's kinda inbuilt.
