Why did he let me sleep in his bed?

So my boyfriend and I got into an argument a long time ago and I went to his best friends house to clear my head. We are mutual friends with each other. It was really late when he picked me up though, like 1am late, and he had his friend over too.

He ended up letting me sleep in his bed while he took the couch. Any reason why he let me crash on his bed after I got into an argument with my boyfriend? He didn't try to sleep with me or anything but he let me use his blankets and stuff. Just wondering if that means anything or not.

If he wanted to try something he knew this was the time to do so. It might have even crossed his mind but he did the right thing. Was he suppose to put you on the couch were someone else could take advantage of you. Then again he might have put you where it would be easier to take advantage of the situation but fell asleep thinking about how good of a guy he was being. Why are you mad he didn't at least try

Most likely he means nothing.

As some already said, if it was a guy then he would have offered the couch.
Unless you felt him signaling something. Otherwise I'd just do the same.

It is just what most guys would do for a female friend they care about. If it was a guy friend, they might have been offered just the couch!
