Subtle signs he wants to have a baby?

I mean subtle signs like through body language or gestures? Any ideas?

There’s no right way on telling guys are more mysterious unless we ask them right-out lol. I’ve had a guy tell me if we had a child she would look like me she would be adorable but we had a pregnancy scare and he was such a chicken. And I’ve had guys tell me straight out they don’t want kids but refuse to wear protection or be proactive in BC. Those don’t last long. So the only way of knowing is brining it up. Say something like, “well what if...” then you’ll get your answer

I don't think guys would be subtle about this issue. Wouldn't he just say "let's have a baby?" Guys are usually pretty straightforward.
Possible subtle sign if he is a subtle guy; probably being more concerned with your health "Do you don't need that glass of wine?" Or "babe, you stay in bed, I'll put the washing on the line" perhaps that sort of thing. He would want the mother of his future child healthy.

I just mean if it's maybe not quite the right time to be having one? Yeah he's already quite like that I guess... But he's always been that way. Usually taking care of me, making me breakfast in bed and stuff.

Do you speak about having a baby? Does he ever tell you what name he likes? Or if he wants 2 girls, or a boy and a girl etc etc... If so, I'd say he's keen. Why don't you just ask him?

Sometimes yeah. He's not too sure of names, as he finds it hard to think of any until I'm pregnant. He's always said he wants a little girl... and he places his hand on my tummy a lot, especially if we're around babies or have talked about babies. But I dunno if that's just coincidence the tummy thing.

Look, having a baby is a major thing. How long have you been with this guy? How old are you? Do you have family support? Are you both working? Will he be able to support you when you've had the baby? These are the sort of things you should think about. It sounds like you both are considering it. But don't look at it all 'warm and fuzzy' it's bloody hard work. It changes your relationship with your partner bc he isn't your no.1 priority anymore - you have this little baby who 'really' needs you. He has to handle that.

Oh I know, that's what gives me the fear, genuinely! We've been together nearly 2 years. And we're both in mid twenties (I am in no position for a baby anytime soon either). He works a good job full time, I need to complete my degree before I can do what I want to do. And again... that scares me too. I don't know how he'd be likely to cope with a baby needing us (me maybe more than him) which would clearly potentially strain our relationship.

Rubbing your belly, refer to you as his baby mama, and while shopping you can find him in the baby section smearing diapers all over his face.

He does rub my belly often. Not found him smearing himself in diapers yet though 😂
