I'm worried about my girlfriend going to parties?

Okay so let me start off with I've asked this girl out 3 different times over 4 months and she tells me to just wait a little longer bc she is worried about college and the stress that comes with it, but she is fine with doing you know relationship type stuff such as kissing, holding hands, etc. She is into me in that way we just haven't made it offical, But recently I've fallen completely in love with her and she has been going to parties which isn't the problem. She tells me about how many people have gotten raped this year already at parties and I worry about her going. I was think about telling her how I feel and about how I worry. I was also going to talk to her to see if I can go with her to a party everyonce and a while. I definitely don't want to go with her to everysingle one or even every other one. She deserves time alone and Im fine with that. I don't want to tell her to not go at all bc I want her to have fun. Is it crazy for me to do that?
