  @crazy8000 I can't even lift anything more than 5 kg. I've never been to a gym. I don't think I can.. I'm lazy and lack motivation when it comes to going to gym.😳🙄 I just like to walk, use stairs, do yoga and dance sometimes as a part of phyiscal activity.
