They must be because if you look at the Dating Scene you see pretty much every race of man, going for white girls. Black men especially. Arabic men too - they all LOVE white women, more specifically BLONDE WHITE WOMEN. Pretty much most Arabic and Black men date Blonde girls EXCLUSIVELY.

But generally speaking Italians and Spanish men are white european. The fact that they are sometimes tanned has to do with the environment rather than race.

Don't know. Don't live in a country with white people so no idea how attractive average white people are. I only see people of multiple races in the movies, shows, social media etc. But they all are above average looking.

The kind of facial features that are considered attractive are I guess more common in lighter skinned races. Like straight small nose, sharper looking eyes, cheek and jaw. Lighter skin, hair and eyes, are also considered more beautiful by Western culture and even by other races, which is a bit surprising. So you might not be entirely wrong.
