Would you date a police officer, paramedic or firefighter?

And why?

Paramedic. They're least likely to die on the job, they can transition out of it pretty easy, a cop would be in an awkward position as even though I try to be lawful -- in the event I committed a crime I'd like to get away with it and no put them in that difficult spot.

Me and a cop would not get along. I'd be afraid for a bit fire fighter but I'd be alone often with a paramedic for a partner.

Many firefighters are paramedics.

I am a volunteer CERT medical First Responder working under the fire department, so I have dated some firefighters, some who are paramedics.

They're hot! ... lol

If you mean out of the 3 professions you mentioned, I would think police would be as there are more trouble makers, I think, then there are fires or accidents :)

Paramedics, because they respond to fires and accidents both.

All firefighters are trained in some levels of medical but not to the extent of the paramedics.

So you would be afraid that they wouldn't have enough time to pay attention to you if you dated one? :)

Yeah im just worried because I like this guy and we been seeing each other but he's a paramedic

First Responders like that are great people!

They only do that kind of job because they care about others.

It is a very hard job to get. There is tons of training. They are allowed to administer certain medications like a doctor or nurse.

They are only busy when they are clocked in.

You would be very lucky to get a guy that is a paramedic... really!

I have no particular preference. All are noble jobs with tangible skills which is admirable. Now I probably wouldn’t date a politician, but public service jobs in general have my sincerest respect.

A paramedic would be in the least dangerous role so I would go for that. I am way too scared of losing my partner

My boyfriend is a New Orleans police officer. It's the scariest option but I dont mind it.
