Why did she block me?

OK so I've known this girl for a while and I like her, a while ago she got really depressed and she said she needed to be alone for a while, so she blocked me on snap because I kept messaging her everyday to make sure she's OK, but, I'm still messaging her on several other apps/social media and she is still ignoring me but she hasn't blocked me on anything else, cuz I thought she wanted me to fuck off, but if she did want me to fuck of completely and cut me off permanently, she could block me on everything in 2 minutes and be done with it so I don't know wtf she wants.

She is depressed so she doesn't know what she wants! Messaging her everyday asking the same or similar "are you okay?" will just make it worse for her, dial it back to a few times a week and don't make it the main point of why you messaged! Last thing she wants is for people to be crowding her with worry!
She probably just wants space but doesn't want to fully block you out

Its pretty self explanatory. She simply want to cut you off her life but i dont know for what reasons. I recently cut off a guy because i got scared of my feelings for him, because i know he has commitment issues and all. So I don't know her reasons, just giving you my example.

You have the answer in your own explanation: she asked you to leave her alone and you didn’t respect that. You kept messaging her. It won’t be long before she blocks you on others apps. Have some respect and leave her alone. She knows how to reach out to you if she needs you.
