Why did she block me?

on Instagram, I made an account with fb and I added some people, I added her and I went through my list and noticed she wasn't there. I searched her name again and she didn't pop up, I saw her name in someone else's thing and I went to hers. I know when they block you, you can't follow them. I tried to follow, it would just turn green back to blue. After a while though I decided I didn't want my fb profile as the account. which iss what i used to sign up, so i deleted it. and made another one with my email. I re-added people and her. after about a week I went to search and find other people, her name was first and i accidentally clicked on it. it loaded but no posts/pictures and I wasn't followed to her. I clicked follow and the same thing! several times and it went back to blue. So she blocked me on my second account too? why? whats with her? even on the second one she did it, I don't understand. does she hate me?

ok , first of all why are you so concerned about this girl , do you like her? do you know her, if i would try to add someone i personally dont know on forehand and she would block me, i couldnt care less. to why, no idea why she blocks you, could be a ton of reasons

she came here a year ago to my school, I do like her honestly I guess. I didn't initially like her when I first saw her, I thought she was beautiful, but I didn't think of more than that. then randomly in class, I was looking down at my paper while the teacher was giving a lesson. I noticed her head was towards me. (she sat to my right and im at the end, so we were next to each other for a quarter roughly) when I looked, we had instant eye contact and stuff, I didn't hold it long, about 1.5-2 secs. and I waved in that time, then I looked away, I tried to act as casually as I could. that's why I did that. she kept it for about 30-40 seconds though. that partially confused me but she also didn't wave back when I waved. after that I sort of started to think about her, a lot. few weeks later. I caught her staring at me at lunch im sure too. my table turned back to look at something. (she sat at a table that's next to our table, not sure if that was a coincidence she sat there)

but when I turned back, I did like a quick 180 going to the left to do it. I then saw her and her head was turned in my direction. when I did that though, she quickly turned her head back forward to her table. I don't think she was expecting me to turn lol. this was last year though.
This year though, I started saying hi to her. her responses/tone was something I never got from another girl before now that I thought about it. I only really ever said hi and how are you? to her. I didn't get it because she would say them really... slowly? but like enthusiastic or like she was happy/excited or something. in the hallways I would say hi and she would to with the same tones. she would actually smile at me, which I never really got before from anyone. most girls tend to look away from me in hallyways or not at all for ex. then randomly one day, she changed to the opposite and become kind of mean and sassy to me. she became really quiet when I would talk to her. ----

--she would become so quiet to just me and she wouldn't look me in the eyes like she did. in the hallways, she stopped saying hi back when I would and would sort of turn away from me to try to not look. she stayed like that kind of until this day I guess. I don't really say hi anymore because im not really confident to do it at all. ((I don't know if this would be worth mentioning and I don't know if this is actually a coincidence or not, but yeah, she was all nice/friendly to me and then the opposite and she started to date another guy at the same time she changed and became how she is now. It just feels like that's not just a coincidence with those two things happening.)) but yeah she isn't the same anymore which makes me feel sad. When I say I didn't like her at first, I think when she did the things last year and became anti-social to me so to speak. she got me to start to think about her and I guess I developed more stuff for her. at the time, I never grow up talking much... --

... so I don't really know how to have conversations well and don't what a simple interaction is and what is different. so I never really thought about why she really did the staring and the friendliness and stuff. I was merely thinking about "what is she doing?" why is she doing that?" and stuff like that. but thinking about it now, I imaging that she was flirting/showing signs that she would like to date me. but I don't know for sure if that's true. I'm stupid when it comes to that, and that's why i only said hi and how are you? to her. I think that might be it but... not sure. She would do that though, now though, she isn't the same though as the one before when she was more 'friendly'. and now that goes to this Q. On my fb, it was blocked it seemed like. I make another, i had her followed, and now like a week later. she must not have gone on it or something. because then a week later. I don't see it anymore. she was only in my recent searches which made me able to see it. and has..

.. me confused to another question i guess is what does all of that mean? and why does she block me. on both accounts. we are friends on fb and stuff. does she like hate me or something now? is it something else?

that's a lot typed, but that says sort of all my interactions that I've had with her and I figured it would be good to say kind of what went on.
