Why would she block me?

Okay so me and this girl used to mess with each other a lot , I was never ready to make her my girlfriend, but somewhere along the lines we ended up being with other people , but deep down in my gut ik we both have a lot of feelings for each other still , so she would block me and reach out once in a while to see how I’m doing , she was really emotional cause I had a girlfriend , and was upset I didn’t pick her even though she has a boyfriend , at 1st it was Once a month but then she never unblocked my number in 3 months , so I let her be and haven’t reached out , I still followed her on IG and she would post them two going out on dates and stuff , I never said a thing, just let her live her life , but recently I noticed she blocked me on IG too , so I had reach out this time to figure out why cause I haven’t bothered her , my only way to message her was on her business page , she didn’t respond but looked at my story which means I know she saw my message , might not have opened it but she saw it , my guess is she’s still not over me or maybe she’s pregnant and don’t want me to see it
