Whichever woman is more intelligent and has the drive to improve herself. There are few things in life as boring as talking to someone who (a) doesn't bother to educate themselves and (b) doesn't bother to improve themselves. It is far more interesting watching paint dry compared to talking to a woman who clearly has difficulty saying anything meaningful or interesting, or who lacks goals and ambitions in life.
A corpulent woman can always follow an exercise and diet plan if she has the drive and ambition to do so.
A woman who doesn't bother to educate herself and improve her own life has an attitude problem.
One is a lot easier to overcome than the other.
It's the same principle companies use to hire employees - it's far easier to teach some greenhorn if they're willing to learn and work hard compared to improving someone who might be more skilled but has a lousy attitude and bad work ethics.
The "fat" one is extremely obese, and therefore represents an extreme. A more accurate extreme is not someone employed and making minimum wage, which would be at least $920 a month after taxes where I live, but a very attractive woman who is unemployed and hugely in debt.

I worked in catering from leaving home and studying at Uni, right up until the last couple of years where I changed job... Regardless of the options, the hot minimum wage waitress has pretty much described every girlfriend I had whilst working behind a bar and I've no complaints!
