Is it a waste of time when someone won’t make definite plans with you?

Here’s the scenario: guy told me Friday but it was a “maybe” and he is supposed to tell me today.. last time he didn’t even tell me but I didn’t make plans and I did end up seeing him but that’s because I feel he didn’t have anything better to do.. it’s still early but I’m not reaching out to him. I think if he really wants to see me he would make it known... I don’t think it’s showing you value the persons time or the person if you leave it to the day before. I should have told him I need more notice so that’s my fault. I just don’t like leaving things to the last minute. Lately, unless I text him he won’t text or call.. he will call on his own but lately it’s only after I have reached out to him first. So basically I feel like his backup plan and I really don’t like it

Yes, definitely a waste of time. Trust me, if a guy truly wants you and such, he would go out of his way on doing so.

Unless, he's some programmer or one of those entrepreneurs and what not, he has no reason to have any excuse for not having any time to text you or whatever.

I’m not going to be contacting him today. If he tries to see me tomorrow then I guess something came up. If he thinks he can get away with last minute plans he will keep doing it

He is 45, and no he doesn’t have a lot going on. All he does on Friday nights is hang out and drink 🙄

Sad that he isn't making you a priority. Guy time is important but that doesn't mean that you should be treated as an option. When someone treats you like an option, leave them like a choice.
