Excessive frequent drinking is a turn-off and smoking is kind of a turn-off, I would not prefer to date a smoker but I wouldn't turn someone down just because of that.
Not a turn off. Just depends on how they act once they've had a few drinks in them, it can reveal a lot about a person. "Drunk words are sober thoughts"
Drinking no, it’s important to my culture. Smoking yes and no. My boyfriend smokes sometimes and my dad is a smoker :( I hate it but I can live with it

Smoking is a turn off definietely. Drinking is only a turn off if it's done to the extreme and often. I don't find people who get wasted every single weekend as mature, responsible or relationship-material.
Only if done in excess! Occasional beer and pipe tobacco is what I do. (Some people smoke so much that they look 15 years older than they are, and loose their teeth!)
Drinking in excess is a turn off. Smoking anything be it: cigarettes, weed, e-cig, juul, vape pens, cigars, pipes, hookahs etc are a turn off. Even chewing tobacco is a turn off.

Deal breaker. Drinking occasional is ok but for smoking... fuck no. If she doesn't care about her health then why should i
Occasional drinking, that's fine. Excessive drinking and any smoking, turn off and likely a deal breaker.

Well said
Indeed
Drinking no, smoking yes.
When I see a girl i like smoke it instantly lowers my attraction to her by like 80%.
It just screams.. SSSLLLLLLUUUUTTTT!
Not unless the drinking is excessive/a problem, or they're smoking cigarettes.
Otherwise I have absolutely no issue with either, in fact I'd find the smoking a positive since I smoke as well

Smoking, yes. Smells bad, kisses taste awful. But as for drinking, I drink, so I can't say anything about it
Daily smoking and drinking is a turn off. Smoking is especially a turn off.
Wow.
Both is to me but I can live with someone who drinks rarely when they go out with friends or don't smoke X packs.
I really hate smoking, but having a drink once in a while is fine by me (as long as it's not excessive)
Drinking if it's a problem then yes and smoking is too

Drinking socially is not an issue. Alcoholism or smoking is an instant no for me.
Smoking yes, definetely. Drinking is one if it happens too often/becomes an addiction.
Smoking cigarettes is gross. I don’t care about weed, cause I smoke. Drinking, not a turn off.
Smoking cigarettes yes, pot no, drinking no. As long as its not excessive.
Smoking, yes.
Drinking, no unless the person has become addicted.
